Looking for someone who will be responsible for delivering sales targets in a specific store by making sure to execute in-store excellence and provide information to help customers to make the right choices. We are looking for candidates with excellent customer service skills and a commercial mind.
Roles and responsibilites
Increased counter sales and assisted customers with fragrance purchases.
Helped organize, prepare, and execute inventory assessments for the counter.
Explain and demonstrate use of perfume through actual application.
Develop and enhance sales through the growth and implementation of a preferred customer list.
Obtain and maintain knowledge of new products and their ingredients.
Surpass revenue objectives.
Teach and train associates on the use of new fragrances.
Planned and promoted sales at various retail locations.
Controlled inventory levels of fragrance supplies in retail locations.
Develop relationships with new and existing clientele for special events.
Strong knowledge of notes and ingredients that comprise fragrances
Manage currency and transactions
Develop and maintain a loyal clientele
Monitor floor stock and replenish merchandise
Maintain retail display to ensure highest level of organization and presentation of product is achieved.
Meet product sales goals on a weekly basis.
Maintain product knowledge techniques through training.
